Capistrano’s Will Provide:
- Chafing Dishes and Serving Utensils
- Plates and Silverware
- Water Glasses, Coffee Cups with Saucers
- Beverage Station with Coffee, Hot Tea and Sodas
- Cake Cutting Service
- Champagne & Martinelli’s Toast
- Dance Floor
- Table Linens
Outside Caterer to Provide:
- All Plates and Utensils Unique to Ethnic Catering
- All Food Items Ready to Serve (Capistrano’s does not have kitchen facilities available)
- Staff to Plate all Food Items (if plated), or to Fill the Buffet
- Proof of Business License, Health Department Rating and Insurance
- The Client Must Sign a Food Liability Waiver Provided by Capistrano’s.

Sunday - Friday
Prices start at $12.00 for lunch and $17.00 for dinner
Saturday
Prices start at $15.00 for lunch and $22.00 for dinner
Lunch Hours 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Dinner Hours 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM
