The Culinary Group is a full-service restaurant services firm that was founded on the basis of providing an outsource service to high quality hotel operators seeking a unique food and beverage operation within their hotel properties. Capistrano's, Matisse, and Hamilton's Steakhouse are restaurants within hotels. The firm has an executive staff of 5, and total employment of over 240. The Culinary Group is headquartered in Newport Beach with operations in Los Angeles County and Ventura County. The firm currently has restaurant operations in Arcadia, Covina, Oxnard and Manhattan Beach. We currently serve as outsource restaurant service provider for Embassy Suites, Radisson Suites and Ayers Hotels who serve as the owners or franchise operators.

We believe the best way to fulfill this mission is to have congruent interests with our clients, and to maintain direct responsibility for each property and for the services provided to our customers.
The Culinary Group delivers three primary services to our clients:
- Full-Service Hotel Food & Beverage Services: We serve our hospitality owners as a third party food and beverage service provider operating their food and beverage operations within their hotels.
- Boutique Restaurant Services: We design and operate boutique restaurants within hotels on behalf of our clients seeking a customized dining experience for their hotel guests.
- Catering: The Culinary Group, through one of its signature restaurant brands, provides third party catering services for Corporate Meetings, Weddings and Special events.
